E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as the Service Apprentice and work with us at our 328 unit apartment community located in Camarillo, CA. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds and commons areas, including but not limited to, walkways, stairwells, garages, offices, fitness center and restrooms. Light maintenance duties will include changing light bulbs, painting, steam cleaning and vacuuming carpets and assisting in all other areas of apartment turn-over.
Must be familiar with safe use of basic tools and cleaning materials, act on and receive directions given orally or in writing, and be able to function effectively in a customer service environment. Pushing, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs.
