E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California.  We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at our new 437-unit luxury waterfront apartment and marina community located in the harbor of Marina del Rey, CA.  As the Service Apprentice, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds and common areas.

Qualified candidates must be familiar with safe use of basic tools and chemicals, act and received directions given orally or in writing, and ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.

Schedule: 9am-6pm Thurs-Mon
