We are actively seeking a strong Leasing Consultant - Floater for our apartment portfolio in the Inland Empire. Leasing Consultant will help in different apartment buildings within the same area. Some prior leasing experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leasing apartments
• Effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications
• Contribute ideas to the marketing efforts
• Accurately record all income transactions
• Complete all related paperwork
• Promote positive, proactive relations with prospects and residents
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior customer service and/or sales
• Good communication skills
• Good computer knowledge
