We are seeking a part-time Property Manager or Management Team for a 54-unit apartment complex in Newbury Park. Experience is a must. Must Live on Site.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations of property
Process applicant paperwork
Collect rent
Enforcing lease and house rules
Ability to enthusiastically market units
Experienced with unit turnover process
Maintains integrity of property management procedures
Effectively manages completion of tasks according to priority
Detail-oriented, Organized, Able to work independently
Computer literate
Problem-Solver, Versatile and Responsive .
