E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington.  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to handle all the day-to-day operations of our 129 units located in Long Beach, CA! As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing company objectives and operating budgets, monitoring leasing activity and all administrative office functions, marketing, analyzing financial reports, preparing monthly variance reports, and supervising and developing staff. 
 
A minimum of 3 years of property management experience required.  Qualified candidates must have knowledge of budgets and financial statements. Recruit, train responsible for revenue growth, revenue transactions, weekly leasing activities, collection and court appearances, monitor expense to budget, analyze financials Experience in direct supervision of staff of two or more. Sales and marketing experience.  Working knowledge of eviction law, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management. Computerized accounting experience, word processing, and type 40 wpm. YARDI, Yieldstar experience is a plus. College degree preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
