Maintenance manager position available. HUD section 8 senior building. Will be required to be on call, therefore MUST live 30 minutes away from property. Full medical and dental benefits start after 60 day probation and 401k 3% match will take effect after 1 year employment. Salary based off experience. REAC Experience is required.
