E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California.  We have an immediate opening for an experienced Plumber to travel to our apartment communities in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas to do preventative maintenance and to complete various plumbing repairs in common areas, vacant and occupied apartments. 

Qualified candidates must have 1 year prior plumbing experience including knowledge of heavy rooting equipment, high pressure water jetter, minor plumbing repairs, and all other aspects of plumbing repairs. Must have own van/truck and hand tools.
