COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST/Housing  (SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA)

An expanding Property Management Company seeks a Full Time (Housing - File Audit) Compliance Specialist in Southern California.  This individual will join a positive team environment with the ability to be dependable, self-motivated and detail oriented. Knowledge in HUD and Tax Credit experience is required. Pay DOE.

This is an off-site, mostly Corporate Office position, plus working from home and some travel/working at properties within the Compliance Specialist's portfolio.
