Leasing Consultant

Ideal candidates should have a minimum 1-year property management experience, with a strong background in Leasing/Sales and Customer Service. A successful Leasing Professional must demonstrate strong sales/closing skills, exceptional customer service, problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, candidates must be a team player, organized, driven, goal oriented, energetic, professional, and must possess good business common sense, initiative, integrity and high level of commitment to excellence. Experience with MS Office is required. Experience with eSite (AMSI) is a plus.

Some college coursework preferred. Work Schedule involves weekends. Background and drug screening required as a condition of employment. EOE.

Location: Round Rock, TX

Essential duties, responsibilities and job requirements include:

*Conduct Prospect Tours, follow-ups, generate leases and achieve leasing goals

*Prepare lease files and facilitate application and move in processes

*Perform make ready inspections and move in inspections

*Conduct post-leasing, post-move in, and post-service maintenance satisfaction survey calls

*Assist in strengthening resident retention to achieve occupancy goals

*Execute lease renewal process

*Assist the Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager with the daily property operations

*Work closely with the maintenance team and property manager in satisfying resident needs

*Perform market surveys and work with the management team in maintaining a competitive edge in the market

*Execute marketing strategies and programs, through outreach and social media

*Actively contribute to executing resident event functions

*Perform office administrative duties and other tasks that may be assigned to achieve property goals
