Resident Services Coordinator

Our Resident Services Coordinators contribute to a community’s success by bringing residents and maintenance teams together. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will work with one of our top property management teams, providing administrative support for the Maintenance Department by monitoring service requests, ensuring they are responded to in a timely manner, and following up frequently on requests that may require multiple visits. Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative and employ a diverse set of skills. You will listen carefully to residents’ needs and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure customer satisfaction. Resident Services Coordinators bring positive energy to each conversation, follow up on maintenance issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
? Connect with residents by following up on service requests to ensure satisfaction as well as next steps.
? Be the liaison of the community between the residents and the property by meeting with all new move-ins, regularly inspecting amenities and common areas, and coordinating with team members in order to uphold a high standard of curb appeal.
? Know the make-ready schedule and monitor apartment vacancies daily and initiate the turnover process.
? Meet with contractors regarding scheduled work at the community.
? Order and receive supplies and assist with processing invoices.
? Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any apartment issues that arise and offer recommendations to Management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community.
? Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management and software/database systems
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
? College degree or coursework
? Customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional environment
