HR Administrative Assistant - San Francisco based Property Management Company  is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Human Resources Department. Duties would include assignment, documentation, and distribution of training materials, development and distribution of quarterly newsletters, account assignment and payment of monthly billings for Human Resources, creation and distribution of monthly new hire information and packets, maintenance of salary surveys, completion of annual federal and state surveys on behalf of the Company, coordination and implementation of annual Safety Month, and other tasks as assigned.

Successful candidate should have some experience working in a Property Management environment. Strong organizational skills and customer service skills are very important. Need to be very detailed. This position is a Monday through Friday job with excellent benefits and an alternate work week schedule.
