Regional Property Supervisor

Allen Properties is seeking a full time Regional Property Supervisor to work in our corporate office located in Lake Forest. This individual is a leader who manages the on-site managers, works closely with maintenance technicians, porters and vendors. Must have excellent customer service skills, highly organized, works with a sense of urgency and is capable of managing others. Also, must have previous experience in property management and ability to interact effectively with management, peers, residents and prospects. Hours are typically from 8:30am -5pm, Monday through Friday.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Review financial reports
• Create Budgets
• Execute rent increase schedules
• Review Payables
• Complete lender requests/surveys as needed
• Oversee Property Insurance files
• Coordinate renovations (i.e. asphalt, roofing, plumbing, exterior painting and interior renovations)
• Communicate with vendors and owners

Qualifications:

• California Real Estate license is preferred, but not required
• At least 3 years of property management experience
• Yardi experience
• Strong computer skills
• Must have great communication and written skills
• Must have a dependable vehicle
