Maintenance Technician

Lewis Apartment Communities currently seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our beautiful 506-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA.

Days off will be in the middle of the week.

The right candidate should have skills in all aspects of general maintenance including:

-Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry
-Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, washers/dryers, etc.) installation and repair
-Making ready units for new occupancy
-Maintaining units of current residents
-Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities

Position requires reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license.
