PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Great opportunity for an experienced well-rounded administrative assistant working for a successful, well-established, fast growing, real estate investment and Multi-Family Residential management company.
The office is located in the prestigious Ignacio Valley/Novato area of Marin County with easy access to the 101 freeway. We are an energetic, fast paced, professional environment looking for somebody like minded to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Communication duties such as, responding independently to inquiries from staff, City/County Permits & Planning Departments, and vendors. Developing correspondence documents, problem-solving and resolution.
• Oversee the day to day office responsibilities and services for the Management office in an efficient and professional manner. Including but not limited to: maintaining office equipment (printer, copier, etc.), answering telephones, and filing.
• Reporting duties such as, preparing reports and other information from multiple systems, and quantifiable data from staff members.
• Personnel-related duties such as, support for confidential personnel matters and handling confidential personnel documents.
• Assist with work overflow from Office Staff, Field Supervisor, and Rental Manager.
• Miscellaneous duties such as calendar management, written and oral business communication, and Special Projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years' experience in Property & Facilities Management, and related areas in real estate and administration.
• Strong keyboarding skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of YARDI a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable transportation, and clean driving history.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Strong keyboarding skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).

Personal Attributes Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with co-workers, tenants, vendors, and community members. Able to handle confidential matters with proper respect and integrity. Highly organized, good problem solving skills and the ability to work with little or no supervision, and experience reporting to multiple Supervisors. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Benefits include vacation/sick/holiday pay. Salary $19 - $21 per hour.
