Community Manager Needed

Cannon Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the everyday operations and success of a property in Canoga Park Ca. We are seeking someone who is hardworking, talented and customer service oriented.

We are currently looking for a Property Manager for a 200+ unit community in Canoga Park


Requirements:

• Previous experience managing an apartment community
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with financials and reporting
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Our communities are open 7 days a week so weekend hours are required (if applicable)

. We offer associates who regularly work 30 hours or more per week, medical, dental, life, vision, and 401(k) plans.
