Manager

We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Community Manager for our 60 unit family community in Los Angeles, CA (90008).

This position requires an individual with 3-5 years experience managing properties of a comparable size, as well as supervising a staff of both office and maintenance team members. Direct experience working with HUD, TAX Credit, Bond and Sect 8 are absolutely essential, as well as experience with managing periodic inspections (such as HUD, TCAC and City inspections).

In addition, experience areas critical for success includes strong marketing/leasing savvy, proven expertise in resident relations, and a solid understanding of the accounting and record keeping processes required in property management.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Computer skills: This position requires the effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. Yardi experience is a highly desired plus.
