We are currently looking for a Community Manager for an affordable community

  • Must have at least one year of LIHTC experience
  • Must have at least two years of experience managing 200+ unit properties
  • Must be willing to live on site
  • Redevelopment experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred


Salary plus a free apartment
