JOB FAIR 02/11/2016 1PM - 4PM.

Currently seeking engaging and energetic candidates with significant sales, customer service experience as well as previous property management experience with a commitment to apply their very best in a high-energy environment.

The Floating Leasing Consultant has a direct impact on overall performance of the property by touring the community with future residents, leasing vacancies and noticies of intent to vacate to qualified prospects. The Leasing Agent is the inital contact between the public and the company. The leasing agent will represent the community by demonstrating the product of excellence.

Working weekends is a requirement.

$14.00 - 15.00 per hours Depending on Experience.

Qualifications:

Sales and customer service skills; computer literacy; detail oriented and organized; ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.

Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and integrity, and excersises the confidentiality in all arreas of perfomance.

Must comply with state landlord/tenant law to include State and Federal Fair Housing Laws.
