Description
Davlyn Investments & Property Management has a great opportunity for an experienced Apartment Community/Property Manager proficient with Yardi Voyager software.
We are seeking a go-getter, who will bring strong management, superior interpersonal and customer service skills and the business acumen to handle the required financial, accounting and marketing reporting required by their Regional Manager and the corporate headquarters. Having experience managing through apartment renovations is also highly desirable.

APARTMENT COMMUNITY: Harvest Park Apartments
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days per week (includes one consistently scheduled weekend day each week)
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary
BONUS: Quarterly bonus opportunity, bi-yearly property audit incentives and leasing and tenant renewal commissions
APARTMENT: Living on site is not required. Managers choosing to live on site receive their pay in a combination of base salary and concession toward the monthly cost of their apartment lease plus are eligible for bonus opportunity.

EMPLOYMENT CONTINGENCIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5+ years' recent experience in the position of Property/Community Manager at a comparable size apartment community, preferably with an established property management company
Past experience as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Property Manager highly desirable
Trained and proficient with Yardi Voyager property management software
Being fluent in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, but not required
Experience with property budgeting, financial reporting and market surveys
Experience managing through apartment renovations with an occupied community
Proven ability to supervise, manage, train and coach direct reports
Intermediate level ability with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Superior customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
A business-like and professional demeanor, dress code and personal presentation
A valid California driver's license, own transportation for business purposes and a good driving record
