Preferred candidate will have experience with managing owner expectations, reports, and expense management. The ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of excellent customer service, marketing, and employee supervision. Must possess strong administrative and communication skills. Only candidates with experience as an Apartment Manager of 100 units or more need apply.
