Apartment / Property Manager

Property Manager needed for 290 unit conventional apartment community in Antioch, CA. You will be responsible for the overall operations at the property including day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs to ensure a well managed, well maintained community and grounds. Property is fully fenced and gated due to a challenging neighborhood. Our long term office staff has helped maintain a solid tenant profile. Looking for a hands-on, focused manager to take this property on. Must relate well to people, exercise good judgment, professionalism and discretion. Managing a large maintenance team and the make ready of units is a key part of the position.
