We are currently looking to fill a Community Manager Position for Enclave at Warner Center 195 units in Woodland Hills, CA.
The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining a high residential occupancy level through effective motivation, marketing, understanding and following current market conditions. Managers are also responsible for budgeting and achieving financial goals, qualifying prospective residents, verifying applications and overseeing the daily operations of the community. This high-level position requires previous Residential Management experience. Knowledge of Yardi or similar management software is a plus.
LEASING AND MARKETING
Maintain high occupancy level through effective motivation, keeping informed of market conditions, understanding competitive pricing and utilizing appropriate marketing resources.
Supports the marketing functions through recording of accurate data on prospects and new residents, and by keeping informed of the competition. Utilize Company resources to facilitate leasing.
ADMINISTRATION
Establish and achieves financial goals by effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications. Prepare lease documents and related paperwork. Update records as necessary.
Develops a motivated project team through effective personnel management. By example, and by setting and communicating clear standards guide the staff to fulfill its potential.
Coordinates maintenance of the property with appropriate support to keep the project quality at WNG standards. Through inspections and follow-through, will strive to maintain and improve value in the projects features within the scope of its inherent design. Responsible for after hours and emergency on-call coverage. Assist the Area Manager as needed in long-range planning, communications and other tasks,keeping informed of WNG philosophies and general environmental conditions to provide input and propose solutions.
PUBLIC RELATIONS/RESIDENT RETENTION
Promotes positive, proactive resident relations by demonstrating a firm, fair and consistent manner in all resident contacts, keeping in mind the political and social impact of their decisions. Working to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. Introduce the resident to our apartment procedures.

Qualifications
Must have prior experience:
Managing equal size or larger lease up community.
Working with budgets; understanding, forecasting and maintaining.
Working with financials.
