About this jobWasatch Property Management is currently seeking an experienced, professional, challenge-driven individual as a Community Manager in Fresno. Wasatch is an established company with a high growth potential. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Set and achieve operational and financial goals for the property including achieving and maintaining occupancy -Prepare and comply with annual budgets and forecasts -Oversee and assure compliance with all federal and state requirements -Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing of employees at property -Assisting with all reporting, accounting, and budget reviews of property -Review, implement, and track marketing plans/ideas and advertising for property -Oversee and review turns, make-readies, office functions, property numbers, etc. -Facilitate effective communication between all functional groups -Resolve resident/prospective resident complaints and inquiries and relay information and/or resolution to involved parties
-At Least 3-5 years of management experience with multi-family housing properties
-Ability to delegate and communicate property management policies and procedures
-Ability to relate professionally and maintain positive relationships with owners, regulatory agencies, the community, other professionals, vendors, residents and co-workers.
-Experience with Yardi or similar software
