Description
Seeking an Seasoned Property Manager for multi-site properties in the Los Angeles area. This is an on-site position that comes with a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit.
Must have previous management experience and knowledge of affordable housing- Section 8 and Tax Credit.
Your Duties include:
Reviewing monthly financial reports.
Preparing annual budgets.
Ensuring property compliance with applicable gov agencies.
Overseeing maintenance projects.
Supervising on-site maintenance staff.
Maintaining resident files
Conducting income certifications
Marketing
Leasing vacancies
Coordinating resident activies
Maintaining resident relations in compliance with Occupancy and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications
-2 years solid property management experience is preferred.
-Experience with Section 8, Tax Credit Affordable Housing programs are required.
-Familiarty with Fair Housing Laws.
-Strong written and verbal skills.
-Strong computer skills including MS Office required. Yardi preferred.
-Bilingual English/Spanish

Education
