Position: Property Director
We are seeking an experienced Property Director to lead operations at a multifamily community. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term career in property management and brings a positive, professional attitude, strong leadership, and a proven track record in leasing, resident satisfaction, and team development.
Compensation & Benefits:

Bonus & Commission: Quarterly bonuses, leasing incentives, and commissions

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
-
Hire, train, supervise, and motivate on-site team members
-
Conduct performance reviews and provide daily feedback
-
Maintain a positive, accountable, and safe work environment
-
Approve timecards and manage schedules, time off, and staffing needs
Leasing & Marketing
-
Supervise Leasing Consultants and leasing activity
-
Monitor competitor rent rates and marketing efforts
-
Recommend pricing and renewal strategies
-
Approve or deny rental applications per company guidelines
Resident Services
-
Foster resident satisfaction through responsiveness and service
-
Conduct move-in orientations and inspections
-
Host community events in alignment with policy and budget
-
Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally
Maintenance Oversight
-
Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on daily priorities
-
Conduct property walks and unit inspections
-
Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution
-
Supervise vendor work and maintain property standards
Collections & Compliance
-
Enforce rent collection policies and address delinquencies
-
Ensure lease compliance and serve legal notices when necessary
-
Assess apartment conditions at move-out and process deposit returns
-
Monitor Fair Housing and ADA compliance
Purchasing & Payables
-
Maintain supply inventory and approve purchases
-
Process invoices per PO procedure and company standards
-
Reconcile and manage petty cash
Financial Management
-
Assist with annual budget and monthly variance reporting

Monitor income and expenses daily
-
Generate management and financial reports as scheduled
Administrative & Systems
-
Maintain data in company systems (e.g., Yardi)
-
Complete move-out accounting (SODAs)
-
Communicate with corporate and regional teams regularly

Train Assistant Property Directors, if applicable
Qualifications:
-
4"“5 years of experience in multifamily property management
-
Experience in leasing, marketing, and team supervision
-
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
-
Proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
-
Valid NV driver's license and reliable transportation
-
Must pass background check, drug screen, and credit check
Physical Requirements:

70% walking/standing; 30% desk/computer work

Occasional lifting (10"“25 lbs), frequent light lifting (<10 lbs)

Regular bending, reaching, stair climbing, and use of office equipment
-
Occasional driving for property visits and errands
Work Environment:

Primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure

Occasional exposure to paint, solvents, and other turnover-related materials
