RegularJOB SUMMARY:
Leasing Consultant is an integral member of the Sales Team, functioning as the primary point of contact for prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant is accountable for lead management, securing tour appointments, presenting community features to prospects to maximize leasing results, and providing exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and colleagues. The Leasing Consultant is also responsible for all administrative duties related to the sales function in the customer relationship management (CRM) software.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Works in a centralized sales hub and facilitates leasing remotely to maintain established target occupancy for the assigned portfolio on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Manage incoming leads in the CRM system, schedule self-guided tours, and provide a high-quality leasing experience for future residents, which included assessing clients' needs and pairing them with the best home that fits their criteria.
Manage pipeline and follow up with prospects by continuously reaching out with tailored updates to assist in their home search.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of each community and apartments within the assigned portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Proven work experience in Sales or Customer service and track record of achieving sales target is preferred. Previous phone sales experience is a plus.
Proficient understanding of the Microsoft suite, familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES:
Work is primarily conducted in an office setting. Requires sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods. Involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
This role demands availability for five days each week, with the potential for including weekends in the schedule as necessary.
Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Minimal physical effort in the day-to-day tasks.
This role does not require any travel; work is primarily conducted at the office.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $28.37 per hour. New hires generally start between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.Commission – based role - $100 per new move-in lease.
