What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in showcasing our community and helping prospective residents find the perfect place to call home. Responsibilities include:

• Touring the community and apartment homes with prospective residents
• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting with the application and leasing process
• Preparing move-in documentation and lease paperwork
• Following up with prospects and generating leases
• Responding to resident inquiries and assisting with resident retention
• Supporting community outreach and marketing efforts
• Helping maintain a welcoming, professional leasing office environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of apartment leasing experience
• A proven track record in sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship building
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask and work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Weekend availability
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A positive attitude and a "can-do" approach to challenges
• The desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
