The Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance and housekeeping departments, ensuring team members perform their duties effectively across all assigned areas. The Manager also serves as the primary liaison between the maintenance team and management, coordinating daily operations, projects, and emergency needs.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type
This is a full-time position. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 PM. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
