Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Engineer
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89103 area
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour, with a pay increase after successfully completing the 90-day trial period
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Engineer to perform general repairs and help maintain an apartment community in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair air-conditioning systems
- Perform plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and leaks
- Complete general apartment maintenance and work orders
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Follow all workplace and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of air-conditioning systems and plumbing
- General apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must be available for on-call assignments, including weekends
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to perform physical maintenance work
