Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team in Antioch, TN. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, managing leasing agents, and ensuring high occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the leasing team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies and marketing plans to attract prospective residents.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing options to prospective tenants.
• Review and approve lease applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with current residents to promote lease renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely resolution of resident concerns.
• Prepare leasing reports and analyze market trends to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, property management software, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
