We are seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, delivers exceptional customer service, and understands the importance of maintaining a community that residents are proud to call home.
What You'll Do
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
- Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community
- Troubleshoot and repair general plumbing and electrical issues
- Assist with preventative maintenance projects
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
- Maintain a professional attitude while working in occupied apartment homes
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC experience and certification required
- CPO certification preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and repair work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Weekend availability required
- Participation in a shared on-call rotation required
