What You'll Be Doing

As Property Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the community's success by:

• Maximizing occupancy, revenue, and asset value
• Leading, coaching, and developing onsite team members
• Delivering outstanding resident experiences
• Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Overseeing leasing operations, resident retention, and property appearance
• Building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Property Manager experience
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing requirements
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and drive performance
• CAM, CAPS, HCCP, or similar designations are a plus
