What You’ll Do:
You'll handle general maintenance, apartment prep, and assist with punching new construction homes. You’ll keep residents happy with reliable, friendly service, work on property upkeep, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Snow removal responsibilities as required, seasonally. This role offers growth opportunities to Maintenance Technician II or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.
What You Bring:
You’ll bring technical skills, professionalism, and strong organization to the team. General work week is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. You’ll be able to work within an on-call rotation as needed.
