Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $19.50 per hour, plus benefits
- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
- Winter Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Summer Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements
Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong analytical aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and prospective residents
- Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm (winter) 9am-6pm (summer)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
