Berger Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Village Square Apartments in Bensalem, PA. We're looking for a driven leader who thrives on creating an exceptional resident experience, developing high-performing teams, and achieving outstanding results.

Pay & Benefits

$85,000-93,00/year, paid biweekly, plus:
- Up to 20% annual bonus
- Monthly renewal & occupancy bonuses
- Leasing commissions

Location: Bensalem, PA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

Manage the overall financial performance of the community
Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team
Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
Oversee the full resident lifecycle, from prospect to renewal
Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed
Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal, apartment readiness, and community standards
Stay informed on the Cleveland multifamily market and competitive properties
Create a positive resident experience through strong customer service and community engagement
Drive leasing success through marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and resident referral programs

What We're Looking For

Property management or multifamily housing experience
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team
Strong leasing, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets and financial performance preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software is a plus
A positive, team-oriented leader who takes ownership and pride in their community
