You’ll start onsite in Tucson by reviewing messages, priorities, and any overnight updates. Mid-morning is often a mix of resident conversations, vendor check-ins, and quick decision-making to keep the property running smoothly. After lunch, you may be out on the property doing a walk-through, noting follow-ups, and confirming timelines with partners. Late afternoon is for closing the loop—updating records, preparing next steps, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks before you head out.
We offer a Competitive Salary (pay depends on experience) plus a benefits package that supports your health and future: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; a Health Savings Account (HSA); and Paid Time Off.
