📋 Position: Maintenance Technician
📍 Location: The Marc Apartments, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

🔑 Responsibilities:
· Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
· Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
· Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
· Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and the Clean Air Act
· Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
· Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
· Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
· Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
· Assist with the property's preventative maintenance plan
· Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
· Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
📝 Requirements:
Education:
· High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
Experience:
· Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair or groundskeeping experience
· Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
· Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
· Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Skills & Certifications:
· EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred
· Valid Driver's License required
· Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
