Job Details: Job Location: Commerce Tower - Kansas City, MO, Salary Range: $17.00Hourly, Qualifications: Required: At least six months of multifamily leasing experience Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance Experience in auditing leasing files and applications Proficiency with property management and CRM software (Knock experience preferred) Preferred: Lease-up or high-volume leasing experience Experience with reputation management and social media marketing All qualified candidates will be subject to drug testing and a criminal background check.
