Regional Property Manager

$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a multifamily portfolio across Maryland and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a strong multi-site leader who combines operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee operational and financial performance across a multifamily portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers
- Develop budgets and monitor performance against financial goals
- Analyze portfolio results and communicate with leadership, owners, and investors
- Drive strategies and initiatives that improve property performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, associates, owners, and other stakeholders
- Travel regularly throughout the Maryland and Pennsylvania portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of property management experience
- 3 years as a Regional Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, or similar multi-site leader
- Proven success coaching and developing property management teams
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technology skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ARM, CAM, or similar industry certification preferred
