Maintenance Technician - Senior Living and Apartment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations within the senior living community and apartment units
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Support the maintenance team in completing projects and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all maintenance areas
- Participate in on-call and scheduled weekend and holiday maintenance coverage as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in senior living maintenance, apartment maintenance, or renovations preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and a desire to improve the lives of our residents
