Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pointe West Apartments, a 93-unit community located on Maine Prairie Road. • Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks) required

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC/Boiler/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
  • Appliance repair required
  • Carpentry, drywall & painting
  • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
• Availability: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 4:30 with 1 Week On-Call, Every 6 Weeks required
