Property management experience in a busy office environment, knowledge of Fair Housing laws and standards, and previous experience as a Leasing Assistant or Office Assistant are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING LEASING ASSISTANT
This is a part-time position with hours scheduled Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, based on business needs.
In this part-time role, you'll be one of the first people residents and visitors interact with each day. Your time will be spent welcoming walk-in traffic, answering phones, assisting with resident inquiries, and supporting the Site Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. From printing and scanning documents to contacting residents and posting notices, you'll help ensure daily operations run efficiently and residents receive excellent service.
