Venture Development Realty (VDR), in partnership with ICI Homes, is seeking an experienced and energetic Property Manager / Leasing Agent to support one of Florida's premier master-planned communities, Plantation Bay.

What We're Looking For
✅ Active Florida Real Estate License
✅ 3-5 Years of Residential Property Management and Leasing Experience
✅ Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Property Management Software
✅ Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
✅ Knowledge of Florida leasing and real estate regulations
✅ Passion for Delivering Exceptional Service and Community Living
Key Responsibilities
✅ Review and Analyze Contracts Ensure residential sales contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
✅ Manage Contract Execution Coordinate approvals, execution, and distribution of contracts and addenda.
✅ Serve as Cross-Functional Liaison Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Closing, and Division Leadership on contract-related matters.
✅ Maintain Contract Systems & Documentation Manage legal forms, contract records, homeowner association documents, and sales information in Mark Systems.
✅ Train and Support Sales Associates Provide guidance on contract procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
