At PMI Prime Property, we’re a locally owned and operated property management business helping owners and residents of single family and mult-family investment properties have a better property management experience. We’re looking for a per diem Leasing Agent to join our team to assist with the leasing activities across our portfolio.

- You follow up promptly and keep track of conversations across multiple leads.
- You notice missing information before it delays an application or lease.
- You can follow established screening criteria without making exceptions on your own.
- You’re interested in growing into a broader leasing or property management role.
What You’ll Do

- Coordinate showings and keep prospective residents informed about scheduling.
- Complete and document follow-up with leads after inquiries and showings.

- Apply established screening workflows consistently and flag exceptions or concerns for review.
- Prepare lease documents in our operating system using approved terms.
- Coordinate lease signing and check that completed documents are accurate.
- Track onboarding checklist items and record leasing activity in the appropriate systems.
- Alert the Director of Leasing to high-priority leads, delays, or decisions requiring approval.
Requirements
- 1 year of leasing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
- Strong phone, email, and written communication.
- Ability to manage several leads, showings, and application steps at once.
- Careful document review and accurate data entry skills.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing concepts and consistent application of screening criteria preferred.
- Comfort using various technology based platforms and workflow management tools.
- Sound judgment about when to escalate an exception or compliance concern.
