This isn't just another facilities job. You'll work in a mission-driven organization where families gather; kids learn to swim, and the community stays healthy. You'll have real ownership of the building, a supportive team, and benefits that actually support your own family.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience managing facilities (or multiple sites) who is comfortable with basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems.
We'll fully support you in obtaining your Pool Operator and Pesticide Applicator licenses within the first 90 days (we'll help you get them). You must have a valid driver's license.
What you'll do:
- Keep the building and grounds safe, clean, and member-ready every day
- Run the pools so they meet all health codes
- Plan and schedule maintenance so members barely notice the work
- Lead and develop our housekeeping team
- Partner with the CEO/COO on renovations and improvements
- Handle snow removal, event setups, and the little things that make the Y feel like home
