Evolve at Parkway | 50 Fenway Place Southwest, Concord, North Carolina 28027 | Full time, on site
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus leasing and renewal commissions
New Urban Residential is a vertically integrated multifamily owner and operator with offices in Raleigh and Charlotte. We own and manage apartment communities across North Carolina and our onsite teams handle leasing, resident service, and maintenance in house.
Evolve at Parkway is a 300 home garden style community in Concord, built in 2023, with one, two, and three bedroom apartments, a saltwater pool, a fitness center, a dog park, and rentable garages. As its Leasing Associate, you are the first person a prospective resident meets. You work with each prospect from first inquiry through move in: the tour, the application, the lease, and the follow up after they get their keys. You report to the Community Manager. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the North Carolina Fair Housing Act, and all state and local fair housing laws. Our Leasing Associates apply the same published qualifying standards to every applicant, show every prospect all available homes, and complete all assigned fair housing training.
Full time, 40 hours per week over five days. Weekend shifts are required, since weekends are our busiest leasing days. Extended hours may be needed during peak leasing season, at month end, and during heavy turnover.
Touring means walking the community, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all weather. You will occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 15 pounds, and spend extended periods at a computer. You will also drive for market surveys and outreach. Reasonable accommodation is available for individuals with disabilities.
New Urban Residential is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
