Leasing Consultant

Are you passionate about customer service, sales, and helping people find a place to call home? The Residences of Gallatin is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team!

While apartment leasing experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn. Experience with Section 42/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Tour the community and apartment homes with prospective residents
• Assist with the application and move-in process
• Prepare lease and move-in documents
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support resident retention and community engagement efforts
• Help maintain high occupancy and leasing goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Section 42/LIHTC experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Weekend availability required, including participation in a Saturday rotation
