What We Are Looking For in a Commercial Leasing Coordinator & Analyst
This is not a purely administrative position. We are looking for someone who likes being involved in the entire leasing process—answering the phone, meeting prospects, showing units, reviewing floor plans, working through deal economics, tracking negotiations, and helping get leases signed.
The right person will be proactive, responsive, comfortable with numbers, and excited to grow within a commercial real estate owner-operator.
