JCMLiving is seeking an energetic, motivated Leasing Specialist to join our busy apartment leasing team. This is a great opportunity to launch or advance your career in property management while working with a dynamic, supportive team.
Greet and connect with prospective residents
Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Conduct apartment and community tours
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
Prepare leases and handle leasing-related administrative tasks
Provide exceptional customer and resident service
Assist with rent collection and service requests
Help plan and execute resident events
Maintain accurate lead and leasing records
We’re looking for a great closer and people person who is:
Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator
Sales-driven and motivated by results
Computer savvy and highly organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in sales, customer service, real estate, or apartment leasing preferred
Previous property management experience not required but preferred.
