What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and assign routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating, appliances, lighting, boiler/gas/electric, and pool equipment
• Direct the maintenance team, monitor progress, and coach team members
• Ensure the team has the tools, supplies, and safety equipment to do the job right
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety procedures

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Three years' experience in apartment maintenance
• Supervisory experience preferred
• HVAC certification
• Valid driver's license
